By signing up to be an Affiliate in the Club Seventeen Affiliate Program (“Program”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

4. Referral Fees/Commissions and Payment

• Earn commissions on sales through special links.
• Commissions paid monthly above $20 threshold.
• We reserve the right to disqualify fraudulent commissions.

5. Identifying Yourself as a Club Seventeen Affiliate

• Do not misrepresent your relationship with Club Seventeen.
• Do not purchase products through your affiliate links.

6. Customer Definition

• Customers are deemed Club Seventeen customers.
• Club Seventeen determines product prices and availability.

7. Your Responsibilities

• Develop, operate, and maintain your site.
• Ensure accuracy and truth of materials.
• Comply with laws and regulations.

8. Compliance with Laws

• Comply with all laws, including anti-spam laws.

9. Term and Termination

• Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time.
• Upon termination, remove all Club Seventeen links and materials.

10. Relationship of Parties

• Independent contractors.
• No partnership, joint venture, or agency.

11. Limitations of Liability

• No indirect, special, or consequential damages.
• Aggregate liability limited to referral fees.

12. Disclaimers

• No express or implied warranties.
• No representation of uninterrupted operation.

13. Independent Investigation

14. Arbitration
